Insurance & Payment Policy
Peony Haven Counseling is a private-pay practice and does not bill insurance directly.
Payment is due at the time of service.
If you’d like to, we can provide a Superbill (an itemized receipt) that you may submit to your insurance company for possible out-of-network reimbursement.

All sessions are provided under the supervision of Samantha Coy Pham, LPC-S (#71924).
